When you edit your menu in your point-of-sale system (renaming items, moving them between menu groups, changing modifiers, or renaming a whole menu) those changes do not reach your online menu automatically. Until we re-sync, online orders can come in for items that no longer match your POS, which can cause orders to fail.

What to do after any menu change in your POS:

Step 1 — Finish and publish/save the changes in your POS first.

Step 2 — Text or call us at 518-255-7617 and tell us what changed. Even a quick "we renamed the burger section" helps.

Step 3 — We'll sync and publish your online menu, usually within minutes. Larger changes can take a little longer, and we'll confirm when it's done.

Two changes that need special care:

Renaming a menu: if the menu we're connected to gets renamed (even adding a single character), every online order can start failing. Tell us before you rename a menu so we can reconnect it first.

Moving an item to a different menu group: this changes how your POS identifies the item, so it needs a re-sync before the next order.

If a customer order errors before we've synced, we'll reach out right away. The order still reaches you, and we'll get the menu corrected so it doesn't happen again.
